Snowshoeing

Our nature trails at Moosehead Hills are specifically designed for hikers and showshoers to enjoy. From your cabin you can step out onto 50 acres of forest, streams, and beautiful views. There is nothing like the feeling of being the first to lay tracks after a fresh snowfall.     

The solitude of the forest, the balsam scent of the evergreen trees, and the feeling of the fresh, crisp winter air all combine to make showshoeing an exhilarating activity for the whole family. Snowshoe rentals are available.
