*Rates shown are for up to 4 person occupancy. Additional people over age 12 are $40 per nite. 7% lodging tax is extra.
*Pets are welcome with prior approval for $15 per night (max 2 pets) in Kineo, Seboomook, and Tomhegan cabins.
*Two night minimum stay except for summer and holidays (when the minimum is 3 nights).
*Three night minimum from June 29 to September 2, on holidays and on Fly-In Weekend.
*Use of kayaks is included with summer season rental.

  Loon Lodge

Nestled in the woods at the edge of 7-mile long crystal clear Loon Lake (aka Wilson Pond), this is the cabin of your dreams. Miles of nature trails right at your doorstep. Cozy and romantic for a perfect getaway for two; but also has enough extra sleeping and living space for friends and family. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Each bedroom looks out over the lake through big sliding glass doors. Large open area kitchen and living room with dramatic fieldstone fireplace and oversized windows viewing the lake. Master suite on the main floor has a king bed and a private master bath with Jacuzzi bathtub/shower. One bedroom downstairs has a king bed. The other downstairs bedroom has 2 sets of pyramid bunkbeds (twin top/full bottom). Bathroom downstairs has a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower. Deck with gas grill overlooks lake. Half bath on main floor has washer/dryer. Four-wheel drive capability is recommended for our winter guests. No pets please.

  Sunrise Lodge

Beautiful log cabin right on the shores of pristine Loon Lake (aka Wilson Pond), a 7-mile long jewel of a lake in Greenville. Gorgeous views of Rum Mountain and Elephant Mountain. Private waterfront and dock. Three bedroom/2 bath cabin. Kitchen and open living room with fieldstone fireplace and oversized windows overlooking the lake. Master suite upstairs has a queen bed and oversized windows viewing the lake. Master bath has a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower. Bedroom on the main floor has a king bed. Bathroom on the main floor has a two person tub/shower. Third bedroom downstairs has 2 sets of bunkbeds, and a sliding glass door looking onto the lake. Deck overlooks lake. Washer/dryer. Four-wheel drive capability is recommended for our winter guests. No pets please.

  Kineo Cabin

  Seboomook Cabin
