Our Cabins

You have a choice of two beautiful lakes when you stay at Moosehead Hills. We have cabins on Moosehead Lake and on Loon Lake (aka Wilson Pond), which is a 7-mile long lake---also in Greenville.
Our camps at our home base on Moosehead Lake are Kineo, Seboomook, and Tomhegan. The views of the lake, mountains, and sunset from each cabin are magnificent.
They are all new, log cabins with a woodstove or fireplace, and a full bath or whirlpool tub. The rooms are decorated with handmade creative woodworking touches---- all originating from the woods surrounding your cabin. The modern kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, gas stove & oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There is a gas grill on the deck of each cabin. You will also find all of the dishware, silverware, pots & pans, and cooking utensils you might need during your stay. Linens and towels are provided. Our Moosehead Lake waterfront and dock can be reached either by a walking trail from your cabin or by car.
Sunrise Lodge and Loon Lodge are our log cabins on beautiful Loon Lake. They sit right at the water's edge and have majestic mountain views. Both Sunrise and Loon have their own private lakefronts, plus all of the amenities of our Moosehead cabins. The soulful cry of the loons and the gentle sound of the waves as you sleep make these cabins especially unique.

Loon Lodge on Loon Lake:

This is the cabin of your dreams. Nestled in the woods at the edge of Loon Lake (also known as Wilson Pond), with its pure and tranquil waters. Miles of nature trails right at your doorstep. Cozy and romantic for a perfect getaway for two; but also has enough extra sleeping and living space for friends and family. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Each bedroom looks out over the lake through big sliding glass doors. Large open area kitchen and living room with dramatic fieldstone fireplace and oversized windows viewing the lake. Master suite on the main floor has a king-size pillow-top bed and a private master bath with Jacuzzi bathtub. One bedroom downstairs has a king-size pillow-top bed. The other downstairs bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds---one with twin top/full bottom, and the other with twin top/twin bottom. Bathroom downstairs has a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Deck with gas grill overlooks lake. Half bath on main floor has washer/dryer. No pets please. Four-wheel drive capability is recommended for our winter guests at Loon Lodge. We can advise you on where to rent four-wheel drive vehicles.

Sunrise Lodge on Loon Lake:

Beautiful log cabin right on the shores of pristine Loon Lake (aka Wilson Pond), a 7-mile long jewel of a lake in Greenville. Gorgeous views of Rum Mountain and Elephant Mountain. Private waterfront and dock. Three bedroom/2 bath cabin. New kitchen and open living room with fieldstone fireplace and oversized windows overlooking the lake. Master suite upstairs has a queen featherbed and a sitting area with oversized windows viewing the lake. Master bath has a whirlpool tub/shower. Bedroom on the main floor has a king-size pillow-top bed. Bathroom on the main floor has a 2-person tub/shower. Third bedroom downstairs has 2 sets of bunkbeds, and a sliding glass door looking onto the lake. Deck overlooks lake. Washer/dryer. Four-wheel drive capability is recommended for our winter guests at Sunrise Lodge. We can advise you on where to rent four-wheel drive vehicles.

Kineo Cabin on Moosehead Lake:

Log cabin with two bedrooms. Great views of lake and sunset. Kitchen, living area with woodstove/fireplace, and bath with bathtub/shower. Downstairs bedroom has queen pillow-top bed. Upstairs bedroom has one queen featherbed and one twin bed. Deck overlooks lake and woods. Walking trail to our Moosehead Lake waterfront and dock. Snow tires or four-wheel drive capability are highly recommended for our winter guests.

Seboomook Cabin on Moosehead Lake:

Log cabin with two bedrooms and a sleeping loft. The views of the lake and sunset are outstanding. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen pillowtop bed. The loft has two double beds and a twin bed. There is a livingroom with a fireplace, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom with whirlpool tub/shower. Deck runs length of cabin and overlooks lake. Walking trail to our Moosehead Lake waterfront and dock. Snow tires or four-wheel drive capability are highly recommended for our winter guests.

Tomhegan Cabin on Moosehead Lake:

Log cabin with two bedrooms. One bath downstairs and a half bath upstairs. Great views of sunset and lake. Kitchen, living area with fireplace, bath with whirlpool tub/shower. One bedroom downstairs with queen featherbed. Bedroom upstairs has large picture window overlooking lake and has a king-size pillow-top bed, a twin bed, and a half bath. Deck runs length of cabin and overlooks lake. Walking trail to our Moosehead Lake waterfront and dock. Snow tires or four-wheel drive capability are highly recommended for our winter guests.
